Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in AI, digital health, healthcare operations, technology governance, or related areas.
• 4+ years leading people, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience operating cross-functional governance, evaluation, or enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Governance and Evaluation Operations and Roadmap Execution.
• Translate program strategy into an annual operating roadmap with priorities and resources.
• Operationalize AI policies, standards, workflows, and review pathways.
• Coordinate governance across institutional structures and with senior leadership.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, and capacity; surface tradeoffs for decisions.
• Ensure governance is risk-proportionate and timely; align with risk-management domains.
