Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/AI with 10+ years of AI/ML lead experience
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience
• Master's degree plus 8+ years of AI/ML leadership experience
• 7 years of experience managing and leading an engineering team
• 8 years of experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and support of AI software components
• Make high-judgment build-vs-buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI tech
• Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques for production AI systems
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems
• Attract and retain top AI talent and foster team development
