Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the architecture, integration, governance, and operability of enterprise AI engineering platforms. You will guide AI-enabled transformations across the end-to-end SDLC, aligning requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture for AI coding assistants, MCP services, SaaS and on-prem platforms, and secure production operations, partnering with senior leaders to shape

Qualifications

• 7 years of Engineering experience or equivalent.
• 5 years of technical leadership driving enterprise-scale initiatives.
• 5 years of hands-on software engineering, DevOps, or cloud experience.
• Experience across modern SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud, SaaS, on-premises.
• Experience with security controls, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
• Ability to influence across organizations and leadership.
• Production readiness, observability, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled engineering architecture across SaaS, cloud, desktop, and on-prem environments.
• Define scalable patterns for MCP, MCP gateways, and enterprise tool integration.
• Provide hands-on leadership for design, integration, and operations.
• Establish architecture standards, reference implementations, and guardrails.
• Lead end-to-end architecture, security, and service integration design.
• Drive SDLC with AI-enabled tooling and integration across platforms.
