Instacart is building a new pillar of the Instacart Platform—an AI-driven retailer solutions portfolio—and seeking a Director of AI Solutions Strategy & Planning to lead it end-to-end. You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to shape how Instacart becomes the preferred technology partner for retailers.

In your first year you will define GTM strategy, enable sales with AI playbooks, launch pilots, and align governance across teams with measurable impact on

Formación

• 8+ years in strategy or GTM with proven impact.
• Experience defining GTM for AI-powered or enterprise tech.
• Deep understanding of AI and translating tech to business value.
• Expertise in product positioning and pricing.
• Strong analytical skills including forecasting.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong quantitative skills for opportunity sizing and pricing.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with iterative learning.
