Translate the power of autonomous AI agents and seamless human-agent collaboration into compelling stories for executives, customers, and the broader market—partnering closely with product, product marketing, and executive leadership. The role requires leading communications for Salesforce’s largest products, ensuring Salesforce is seen as the #1 AI Agent

Qualifications

7+ years in communications or marketing for enterprise software and emerging tech.
Ability to weave multiple product lines into a clear narrative.
Strong understanding of autonomous agents and user experience impact.
Experience aligning product, marketing, and executive leadership.
Comfort translating technical concepts for broad audiences.
Proven track record delivering high-impact, evidence-based storytelling.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic narrative across Apps, Industries, AI Labs, and Agentforce.
Identify internal champions and turn diverse perspectives into a chorus of voices.
Lead outcome-based storytelling and demonstrate human-agent synergy at scale.
Bridge product and public communications, preserving technical accuracy while simplifying concepts.
