Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior product leader to drive the vision and roadmap for AI-native developer tooling. You will champion developer needs, translate strategy into executable requirements, and collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to deliver impactful experiences for developers.

You will measure outcomes using DORA/SPACE metrics, oversee experiments, and ensure high-quality, scalable delivery across large, multi-team initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of technical product management leadership or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and SDLC workflows.
• Experience building AI-native developer tools or AI-assisted software development.
• Proven ability to combine customer research, product data and experimentation.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex tradeoffs to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with clear requirements.
• Champion the voice of the developer through interviews, surveys, and telemetry.
• Identify opportunities for AI tooling across the SDLC and prototype solutions.
• Measure baselines and success metrics for developer experience and delivery.
• Influence partnerships across the organization and manage tradeoffs.
• Prioritize backlog to maximize platform value while balancing security and long-term goals.
