Job summary

Milliman, Inc. seeks a Director of Products and Engineering to create the Milliman Pharmacy Platform from 0 to 1 and scale it. You will own the vision, collaborate with pharmacists and actuaries, and lead AI product engineers to deliver client value.

You’ll manage architecture decisions, drive adoption, and build executive-level client relationships while ensuring quality and HIPAA governance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy or pharmacy-benefit domain fluency and price/rebate knowledge.
• Experience taking a product or platform from concept to paying customers.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions with engineers and executives.
• Hands-on use of generative AI to build or ship products.

Responsibilities

• Set the platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead product discovery, validate problems, and guide integrations.
• Build AI-enabled features, data models, and multi-tenant architecture.
