Job summary

Everlywell, Inc. is seeking a Director, Consumer Growth (AI-Native) to own paid and organic acquisition for the Consumer business.

This hands-on role sets strategy across paid social, paid search, SEO, and organic, then builds and operates AI agents for media buying, creative iteration, and reporting with limited day-to-day direction. You will design the agent architecture, lead a pod of AI agents and contractors, and drive growth with a budget of $5M+ annually while ensuring HIPAA-aware

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• 5+ years managing paid social and paid search directly in-platform.
• Hands-on experience building or orchestrating AI agents or automation.
• Experience owning organic channels alongside paid.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI agent infrastructure for growth.
• Own paid acquisition across paid social and paid search: strategy, budget, bidding, audiences.
• Own organic acquisition, including SEO and content, leveraging the AI architecture.
• Manage a media budget of $5M+ annually against CAC, ROAS and payback targets.
• Lead measurement in a privacy-constrained environment and coordinating with analytics.
• Manage agencies and freelancers with clear performance standards.
