The role combines AI engineering leadership with product management to build scalable, secure, and measurable AI products, partnering across IT, data, security, and compliance to responsibly scale AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of AI engineering, generative AI, agentic AI patterns and platform architecture.
• Strong ability to define platform strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics.
• Hands-on credibility with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool use, and AI solution patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model for enterprise AI platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead design and delivery of scalable AI platform capabilities including agent orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Oversee end-to-end development of production-grade generative AI and automation solutions across functions.
• Partner with business leaders and enterprise teams to translate strategic needs into secure, governed AI solutions.
