Job summary

EchoStar, in Colorado, seeks a Group Product Manager for AI Initiatives to scale enterprise AI and automation. You will lead a cross‑functional team of product managers, data scientists, AI engineers, and UX designers to build a unified AI Core Platform.

You will establish best practices for non‑deterministic software, manage risk, ensure security and data privacy, and partner with Legal and Governance to enforce model safety while driving cost reductions and improved workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field.
• 8+ years of total Digital Product Management experience; 2+ years AI/ML platforms.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Core Platform strategy and cross-functional teams.
• Establish product management practices for non-deterministic software.
• Ensure model safety, data privacy, and governance with Legal teams.
