Revvity Signals in the United States is seeking a Director of Development, AI Native to lead a greenfield AI software initiative and build a high-performance team. You will own the technical vision, drive cloud-native architecture on AWS/GCP/Azure, implement DevSecOps, and collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver scalable life-sciences AI solutions.

This role demands strong leadership and a passion for rapid, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Min 12+ years experience and at least 10 years as a manager.
• Experience with AI/LLM infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with UX and product management to define features.
• Drive modern programming languages and AI tooling (Go, Python, Java, Claude).
• Build and deploy scalable AI-enabled software with cloud-native design.
