CohnReznick, a leading national professional services firm, is seeking a Director/Managing Director, AI Software Development to lead the AI engineering capability across the firm. This role defines the AI vision, strategy, and delivery model for proprietary tech assets and client-facing digital products.

The successful candidate will recruit and scale a native AI team, establish governance and security standards, and deliver measurable business impact through secure, production-grade AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Fifteen+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership.
• Seven+ years leading software development organizations.
• Five+ years delivering AI-enabled applications or platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a multi-year AI software engineering strategy.
• Build and scale a native AI software development organization.
• Lead AI-enabled products from discovery to operation.
• Establish governance, security, and quality controls for AI programs.
• Partner with executives to translate priorities into measurable delivery.
