This senior role requires building a scalable native AI team, defining architecture, governance, and delivery standards to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Fifteen or more years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience.
Five+ years delivering AI-enabled applications and AI products.
Experience creating and scaling a native AI software development organization.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year AI software engineering strategy aligned with firm goals.
Recruit, organize, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary AI team.
Lead AI-enabled products from discovery through operation and improvement.
Establish development standards, governance, and reliable delivery practices.
