Revvity Signals seeks a Director of Development, AI Native to lead and shape a high-performance team building AI-enabled life science software. You will drive architecture, cloud strategy, and DevSecOps practices, while aligning with product management and UX to deliver scalable features.

You will manage senior engineers, mentor teams, and influence roadmap with a focus on performance and reliability across AWS, GCP, and Azure deployments.

Competenze

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 12+ years of experience; at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and AI-native software architectures.

Mansioni

• Lead development of AI-native software with greenfield architecture.
• Mentor engineers and manage cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with UX and product management to define features and integration points.
• Participate in hiring, planning, and requirements definition.
