Revvity Signals seeks a Director of Development, AI Native to lead the creation of AI-native software for life sciences. You will shape architecture, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with product, UX, and cloud ops to deliver scalable cloud-based platforms.

You will own strategic technical direction, drive DevSecOps, and manage a high-performance team across AWS/GCP/Azure, leveraging LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate drug development and discovery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience and 10+ years in management.
• Proven experience with AI/LLMs and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of AI-native software products.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with UX, product management, and Cloud Ops.
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing and observability.
• Ensure scalable, high-availability cloud deployments.
