Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Director of Development, AI Natives to lead the design and delivery of AI-native software platforms for life sciences. You will build and manage a high-performance team shaping the future of AI-driven Life Sciences applications.

You will translate business requirements into modern cloud architectures, drive DevSecOps, and collaborate with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that advance drug discovery and research workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of software leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Proven background in software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience designing AI infrastructure powered by LLMs and AI tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver AI-native software.
• Collaborate with UX and product management to align features with the product experience.
• Participate in hiring, planning, requirements definition, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Work with PM, QA, Cloud Ops, and SRE teams to build and deploy a quality product.
• Define cloud-native architecture and advocate CI/CD and observability.
