Job summary

Edward Jones in St. Louis seeks a Director, AI Product Manager for Knowledge Products to drive end-to-end development of AI-ready knowledge assets across the firm.

Own strategy, governance, and lifecycle to power multiple experiences. You'll translate business needs into reusable knowledge products, lead discovery, define success metrics, ensure responsible AI practices, and collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for reusable AI Knowledge Products.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement.
• Define success metrics for knowledge quality and adoption.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.
• Own lifecycle of Knowledge Products from creation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into Knowledge Product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Monitor knowledge freshness, retrieval performance, and usage.
• Drive adoption and measure business impact across domains.
• Ensure governance and explainability of AI knowledge assets.
