Edward Jones is seeking a Director, AI Product Manager – AI Controls & Observability to drive end-to-end AI platform capabilities across the firm. You will translate business needs into actionable AI requirements and lead discovery, validation, and lifecycle management of reusable AI solutions.

You will partner with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Product teams to embed responsible AI practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and measure impact with clear success metrics.
