You will own the multi-year AI strategy and align it with the product roadmap, moving teams to mission-based ownership and guiding AI-assisted development across the organization. The role requires hands-on leadership of managers and senior engineers, with a focus on data-driven decision making, architecture, and vendor integration to deliver scalable, secure AI-powered research

Formación

• 10+ years in software development with leadership of AI programs.
• Experience building and shipping AI-enabled software at scale.
• Proven ability to lead managers, engineers, and vendor teams.
