Nationwide is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to set the strategic direction for integrating AI across a major business segment or enterprise function. You will bridge AI capabilities with business priorities, ensuring leaders have tools and frameworks to drive measurable value through AI.

Responsibilities include leading AI programs, managing change, and building scalable AI solutions while aligning with governance, ethics, and data strategies to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of AI or digital transformation experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ML, NLP, generative AI and related concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; change management experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools; ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop enablement roadmaps and assess data readiness; socialize business cases for AI opportunities.
• Direct planning and deployment of AI programs across the business segment, on time and within budget.
• Maintain a backlog of AI opportunities and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Ensure AI initiatives adhere to governance, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices.
• Promote AI literacy and drive cultural transformation across the organization.
