Nationwide is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to lead the strategic integration of AI technologies across a major business segment. The role bridges AI capabilities with business priorities, ensuring leaders and teams have tools and frameworks to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

You will oversee the translation of AI opportunities into actionable programs, build governance and ethics frameworks, and partner with HR to shape the AI workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/DS/Business; 10+ years in AI/digital transformation.
• Proven experience with agile delivery and product management.
• Strong ML, NLP, and generative AI knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with business leaders.
• Develop enablement roadmaps and data readiness assessments.
• Plan and deploy AI programs across the business segment.
• Maintain backlog of AI opportunities and use cases.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, and ethical AI practices.
• Promote AI literacy and drive cultural transformation.
• Define enterprise KPIs to measure AI program success.
