Nationwide seeks an experienced Consultant, AI Enablement to bridge business needs and AI capabilities at a Fortune 100 company. You will translate complex problems into AI-enabled solutions, guiding teams and ensuring governance and ethics in AI practice.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field preferred.
8–10 years of experience in AI or digital transformation roles, with background in technology/product development/innovation.
Strong understanding of ML, NLP, generative AI, and ML concepts.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
Translate business challenges into AI use cases and support enablement roadmap development.
Assess data readiness and identify data sources for AI adoption.
Support AI project lifecycles from ideation to deployment and liaise across cross-functional teams.
Maintain backlog of AI opportunities through ideation and collaboration.
Ensure AI initiatives align with governance, regulatory and ethical practices.
