You will bridge AI capabilities with business priorities, ensuring leaders and teams have the tools, resources, and governance to drive measurable value through AI.

You will lead AI enablement programs, drive governance, manage stakeholders, and champion change across the enterprise while collaborating with HR and enterprise

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI or digital transformation roles.
• Experience with agile delivery and product management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with stakeholders.
• Translate challenges into strategic AI initiatives and roadmaps.
• Assess data readiness and align data strategies for AI adoption.
• Create and socialize business cases for AI opportunities.
• Plan and deploy AI programs within budget and timelines.
• Maintain backlog of AI opportunities and use cases.
• Ensure AI initiatives follow governance, regulatory, and ethical practices.
• Promote AI literacy and transform organizational culture.
• Lead large-scale change to embed AI in core processes.
• Define enterprise KPIs to measure AI program value.
• Collaborate with architecture and data teams for outcomes and scalability.
• Build relationships with AI experts and external partners.
• Support HR and leadership on talent and capability development.
