Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a Director of Enablement to build and lead the Enablement function within Global Professional Services. You will deploy AI-first learning, in-product guidance, and scalable community initiatives across internal teams, customers, and partners.

You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy, drive readiness with partners, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to align with a fast-moving product road map.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in enablement, education services, or customer success at B2B SaaS companies.
• At least 5 years leading enablement or education teams.
• Experience building enablement or community programs from scratch across multiple audiences.
• Experience enabling system integrator or technology partners to deliver a SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Define enablement strategy across internal, customer, and partner audiences and lead the Enablement team.
• Provide partner readiness, guides, sandboxes, playbooks, and accreditation criteria.
• Build in-product guides and contextual help with Product and Design.
• Own AI-first knowledge engine and publish loop for playbooks and docs.
• Build community and maintain documentation and the academy.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to align enablement with product and roadmap.
• Own team OKRs tied to self-service, AI deflection, and time-to-value metrics.
