iHeartMedia is seeking a Director of AI Enablement in a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. You will define and own the AI product roadmap, identify opportunities to embed AI across products, and drive adoption of AI capabilities to improve customer workflows and create new revenue opportunities.

The position requires 8+ years in product leadership, deep knowledge of modern AI tech (LLMs, MCP, RAG), and experience with APIs, SDKs, and cloud platforms.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Leadership.
• Experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, MCP.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms and integration tech.
• Excellent executive communication and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the AI product roadmap across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI across existing products and new offerings.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Partner with executives to align AI strategy with business goals.
• Define AI governance, platform direction, and ROI frameworks.
