Continental General seeks an AI Product Engineering Director to lead a hands-on software engineering team responsible for building AI-enabled platform products. You will own end-to-end delivery, architecture, deployment, and ongoing support, while shaping a 3–5 year technology roadmap and investing in build capabilities.

The role emphasizes cloud-first, AWS-native design, automation, and responsible AI across the delivery lifecycle to improve efficiency, resilience, and insight.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of technology experience including hands-on work.
• 5+ years leading multiple engineering or delivery teams.
• Experience directing or delivering AI-enabled technology solutions in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a software product engineering team from architecture to deployment.
• Set a 3–5 year technology roadmap and govern AI-enabled platform investments.
• Design cloud-native, AWS-based architectures with automation and AI integration.
• Collaborate with executives and business partners to align strategy and delivery.
