Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director, AI Accelerator within the MedTech Supply Chain Procurement Center of Excellence in Raritan, NJ. Within the COE, the leader identifies, prioritizes, designs, and scales AI-enabled solutions to improve procurement decisions and productivity.

The role owns the AI backlog, develops capabilities, and ensures integration into the digital blueprint. Role mandates responsible AI with governance, testing, and collaboration with Global Process Owners and Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in AI, digital products, analytics, automation, procurement, supply chain, technology, or business transformation are required.
• Experience leading AI/digital initiatives from use-case to value realization is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute AI acceleration strategy and roadmap for procurement, aligned with digital blueprint.
• Own AI backlog including intake, value hypotheses, prioritization and delivery status.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and Data Product Owners to define problems, users, value, and data readiness.
• Design and deliver approved AI solutions, agents, prompts, and orchestration for priority use cases.
• Lead rapid experimentation and prototyping, scaling concepts into reusable solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions follow approved processes and validated data with proper governance.
