Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record using AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic systems in production.
• Drives adoption of an AI-augmented engineering culture with standards.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI operating models.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency.
• System design and development for web/mobile platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with enterprise design patterns (microservices, APIs).
• Experience building and mentoring technology teams.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity & technology controls.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and delivery of a new digital insurance platform, embedding AI-native capabilities into core product experiences.
• Direct and manage all aspects of technology delivery.
• Lead multiple technology implementations across departments to achieve firmwide objectives.
• Set and scales multi-department strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation; establish guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, traceability, and reuse.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchains and enterprise AI-assisted development to drive cross-domain reuse.
• Interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus across competing objectives.
