Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, IT, or related field.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical architectures.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise service management and ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of end-to-end service solutions.
• Translate goals into scalable architectures and service models.
• Define scope, integrations, risks, and implementation approaches.
• Ensure alignment from discovery to delivery handoff.
• Identify reusable capabilities and influence roadmaps.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and executive engagements.
• Mentor architects and manage stakeholder relationships.
