Job summary

Lenovo is expanding its Digital Workplace Services portfolio and seeks a Senior Services Sales Domain Specialist for ServiceNow to drive strategic growth across customers through services and solutions. You will lead large, complex transformation engagements, shape advisory propositions, and expand Lenovo's footprint across selected accounts from advisory through implementation and managed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar platform-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the full sales lifecycle for complex, multi-tower ServiceNow opportunities, from shaping to closure.
• Collaborate with Solutions & Services Group and International Sales to identify growth in existing and new accounts.
• Shape value propositions integrating ServiceNow with Lenovo's Consulting and Implementation capabilities.
• Engage C-suite and senior executives as a strategic transformation partner to influence long‑term roadmaps.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery executives, alliance partners to structure high‑value deals.
• Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across Lenovo's DWS services portfolio.
• Represent Lenovo at executive briefings, industry events, and partner forums to enhance brand and strategic positioning.
