You will shape the roadmap, manage a dispersed team, and ensure performance aligns with business goals and market needs, while delivering customer value and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 4+ years in a product leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Experience with risk adjustment products and strategies.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 5 or more direct reports.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.

• Promote AI-driven automation in operational processes

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide product strategy and lifecycle execution for risk adjustment solutions that support healthcare operations and market alignment. You will shape the roadmap, drive continuous product refinement, and ensure performance meets business and customer expectations. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams and customers to identify risks, improve outcomes, and expand operational efficiency through AI-enabled automation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,600 – $230,800 annually
