Nationwide Technology seeks a Director of Technology Analysis to hire and coach a team of Technology Analysis associates and ensure products meet business requirements through digital transformation, automation, quality, and excellence. You will guide strategy, investments, and KPIs across complex technology solutions to achieve measurable business value.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience delivering technology-enabled business solutions and transformational change.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS or a related field are preferred.
• Master analytical and communication skills with planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise strategy for quality engineering and requirements analysis; set standards and governance.
• Lead AI-enabled testing and analysis capabilities to increase automation and traceability.
• Oversee test automation, intelligent test design, and data management for faster feedback.
