Job summary

RTA: The Fleet Success Company is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to rethink software quality in an AI-enabled engineering organization. You’ll own quality standards, raise the bar, and drive AI-enabled testing enhancements.

Lead a growing QA team, define metrics, and partner with Engineering across the SDLC to make quality a shared responsibility. This is a fully remote, US-based role with occasional HQ visits in Glendale, AZ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA/quality engineering experience, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years leading or managing QA or quality engineering professionals.
• Proven track record of materially improving QA processes, teams, automation, or quality outcomes.
• Experience designing and implementing modern software testing strategies and automated testing programs.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Katalon, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of QA metrics, data-driven improvement, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose current QA model, earn the team’s trust, and drive AI/automation-driven improvements into production.
• Lead and develop a high-performing QA team, setting clear expectations and growth paths.
• Define and monitor quality metrics to quantify improvements across releases and product areas.
• Collaborate with Engineering across the SDLC to embed quality into requirements, design, and development.
• Challenge existing QA practices and build scalable tooling, feedback loops, and governance.
