Job summary

RTA is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to rethink how software quality works in an AI-enabled organization. You’ll own quality standards, drive KPI-driven improvements, and lead a team to raise the bar beyond traditional QA practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance or quality engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing QA or quality engineering professionals.
• Demonstrated track record of improving QA processes, teams, automation, or quality outcomes.
• Experience designing and implementing modern software testing strategies.
• Experience building, managing, or improving automated testing programs.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve software quality or engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own RTA’s quality standards and QA processes and be accountable for software quality.
• Lead the QA organization to elevate quality beyond traditional practices.
• Build scalable QA tooling, automation, feedback loops, and engineering practices.
• Use AI to improve test design, code analysis, exploration, and automation maintenance.
• Set clear expectations, coach team members, and drive QA maturity.
• Measure quality with KPI-driven approach across releases and teams.
