Job summary

World Travel Holdings in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks an experienced Quality Engineering & Test Automation Manager to lead a blended QA team and build an AI-enabled, automation-first quality capability across the software lifecycle.

You will modernize testing tools, define framework standards, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps to improve release readiness and platform resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in Quality Engineering or test automation.
• Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a blended Quality Engineering team across manual, automated, and AI-driven testing.
• Define and evolve a scalable automation framework and governance.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and Engineering to ensure quality across lifecycles.
• Drive AI-first quality transformation and adoption of AI-assisted testing.
• Advance shift-left quality practices and ensure release readiness.
