Surescripts seeks a Manager, Product Innovation to lead Product Excellence within a core product area. You will mentor Product Managers and Analysts, drive the roadmap, and own the end-to-end lifecycle with a focus on quality, reliability, and user experience.

You will partner with a peer Technical Leader to ensure solution design, build decisions, and business outcomes. Emphasis on customer discovery, research, and talent development across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in user-centered design and product discovery processes.
• Strong project management skills across lifecycle stages.
• Experience applying AI/ML to product management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle planning including vision, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Prioritize requirements to drive quality, reliability, and UX.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Standards, Implementation, and Integration teams.
