Job summary

SeekOut is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own the unified positioning of the SeekOut Recruiting Platform, crafting a differentiated narrative from corporate to product and persona.

Lead TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, pricing strategy, and outcome-based launches focused on speed to hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Sales to align strategy, create sales enablement, and drive AI-driven GTM execution with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B product marketing at director level or higher.
• Startup to mid-sized company experience essential.
• Proven track record in category narratives and outcome-based launches.
• Deep go-to-market expertise: personas, pricing, and competitive strategy.
• MBA or related education preferred; Bachelor's required.

• Lead TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, ROI-based pricing, and outcome-based launches focused on speed to hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Sales to align strategy, create sales enablement, and drive AI-driven GTM execution with measurable business impact.
• Develop and enable demand generation assets and campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness.
• Establish the standards, operating rhythm, and metrics that define the product marketing function, guiding product to market.
