Job summary

Gravie is seeking a hands-on, AI-forward Director of Product Engineering to lead the Growth and Offering Enablement pod. You will drive end-to-end product capabilities, partner with Product Management, and own engineering delivery from discovery to production support.

This role emphasizes architecting, prototyping, and improving delivery speed and quality in an AI-native organization. You will lead a team with expertise across software development, Salesforce, integrations, automation, and cloud

Qualifications

Significant experience leading product engineering teams responsible for business-critical products.
Strong software-engineering background with architecture and incident-response knowledge.
Experience building or transforming engineering teams, including hiring and coaching.
Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, plans, and measurable outcomes.
Experience delivering capabilities across software, APIs, integrations, data, and cloud tech.
Proven experience with Salesforce architecture, automation, security, and release management.
Track record of improving delivery, quality, reliability, and long-term health.
Experience applying AI across the SDLC with governance and oversight.
Strong technical and product judgment; capable of balancing speed, cost, risk, and maintainability.
Excellent communication to engineers, leaders, and executives.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product engineering team with Salesforce and cloud expertise.
Partner with Product Management to set vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
Own engineering delivery from discovery through production support and release.
Set technical direction across Salesforce, custom software, and integrations.
Establish modern engineering practices: source control, testing, CI/CD, observability, security.
Improve Salesforce engineering within the domain including governance and automation.
Ensure Salesforce configurations are version-controlled and properly managed.
Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
