Job summary

Innovaccer Analytics seeks an entrepreneurial Director of Product (AI Platform) to chart and drive strategy for Gravity, our AI-powered platform. You will build core data systems and lead a team designing scalable AI-enabled workflows for millions of users in healthcare.

You’ll own the AI roadmap, work with customers across health systems, and collaborate with global teams to deliver enterprise-grade, explainable AI.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or intelligent automation
Proven track record of taking AI products from pilot to production at scale in healthcare or enterprise tech
Experience leading product managers and driving execution quality and speed
Deep understanding of health systems, EHR workflows, and clinical/operational data flows

Responsibilities

Own the AI product roadmap for Gravity's Intelligence layer from backlog to GA
Embed with health system customers to gather real-world insights for the roadmap
Lead pilots to production and deliver enterprise-grade products
Partner with engineering to ship quickly with quality and unblock bottlenecks
Define AI quality standards including explainability, audit trails, and confidence scoring
Manage Agent Lifecycle from build to deploy and monitor at scale
Advise on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI orchestration
Lead customer-facing AI conversations with CIOs and CMIOs
Collaborate across time zones and travel to India quarterly
Analyze competitive landscape and data partnership opportunities
