Job summary

DataMap LLC in Overland Park, KS seeks a Director of Project Management to own the PMO, oversee a portfolio of customer, partner, and internal work, and drive AI-enabled delivery across programs.

You will chair executive steering committees, manage governance, and align delivery with strategic outcomes, leveraging AI copilots and enterprise platforms. This role requires strategic vision and strong leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project delivery experience, including PMO leadership.
• Experience driving organization-level change and structured change management.
• Vision for AI transformation of a delivery organization/PMO.
• Proven success chairing steering committees and advising C-level stakeholders.
• Commercial leadership with portfolio margin, utilization, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Experience building project management teams, hiring and mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO portfolio health, governance, and performance against schedule, margin, quality, and outcomes.
• Direct Senior/Project Managers and coordinators; set standard execution practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, engineering, QA, and managed services around shared priorities.
• Drive AI-first transformation, tool selection, and ROI measurement with the executive team.
• Represent DataMap's AI-first delivery in client briefings, industry events, and pursuits.
