DataMap, an AI-first technology consulting and solutions company, is seeking a Director of Change Management to lead the change practice across client implementations and internal initiatives.

You will own methodology, governance, adoption measurement, and ROI, directing a team of change professionals and aligning with executive leadership. This in‑person role is based in Overland Park, KS.

Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in change management or transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building a change methodology, governance, and measurement that others run.
• Executive presence advising C-level sponsors and leading leaders outside your reporting line.
• Commercial experience growing change and adoption work, including input to pricing and packaging.
• Experience bringing AI into a change practice or delivery organization and measuring ROI.
• Ability to work in person at DataMap's office in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Consulting or professional services experience in SaaS or ERP transformations (Coupa, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365).

Responsabilidades

• Lead practice leadership and governance with a unified change methodology.
• Oversee training, third‑party change, and onboarding with scalable playbooks.
• Set adoption and post‑go‑live sustainment metrics and governance.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives within the change practice.
• Represent the people side on executive committees and advise sponsors.
• Drive internal change as the firm scales, across processes, structure, and communications.
• Present DataMap's AI-first approach to clients and in industry briefs.
• Build and develop the change management team and career paths.
