Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Director, Business Insights Delivery to steer a portfolio of claim analytics products. You’ll act as Product Owner for a team of engineers and analysts in an Agile environment, defining AI-native discovery and delivery practices, and guiding how analytics deliver business value across claims.

You will lead strategic direction to fit long-term partner roadmaps, present complex data stories to management, and negotiate optimal solutions with stakeholders to align

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term strategy with dependencies and timelines across portfolios.
• Define value-driven delivery to meet business goals and roadmaps.
• Lead intake of business demand and assess value for alignment with roadmaps.
• Design insights portfolio with business partners to meet goals.
• Adopt new Decision Analytics capabilities with leaders across lines of business.
• Drive adoption of insights delivery solutions including reporting and self-service.
• Ensure team structure and skills meet value delivery over time.
• Provide use cases for tool assessment.
• Coach team members including team leaders.
• Align solutions with data governance and security controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
