Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Director, Agile Product Owner to lead a cross‑functional team delivering capabilities for the producer management platform, including AI assistant products.

You will own the product vision and roadmap, decide backlog priorities, collaborate with business partners and domain product owners, and influence investments while guiding day‑to‑day work toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in Agile product management.
• Three years of experience translating business strategy into product outcomes.
• Experience leading conversations with business partners and domain product owners.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog priorities and sequencing for producer management platform.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and acceptance criteria with clear outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners for adoption of AI features.
• Write epics and features and align with the Tech Circle Lead.
