Perforce Software is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the infrastructure automation platform. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, guiding a team of 5–6 senior PMs and partnering with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

The role requires a strong background in DevOps, AI-enabled product processes, and extensive experience shipping enterprise software from concept to launch.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the DevOps, cloud, or software development space.
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software solutions from concept to launch.
• Extensive experience managing and growing product teams, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the platform, aligned with Perforce portfolio direction and business goals.
• Identify and prioritize investments across core business and new opportunities, including where AI can change platform responsibilities.
