Job summary

Perforce seeks a Director/Senior Director of Product Management to lead the infrastructure automation platform in the AI era. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, and lead a team of 5–6 senior PMs across the full lifecycle, reporting to the VP of Product.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, retention, and growth while ensuring compliance, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the DevOps, cloud, or software development space.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software solutions from concept to launch.
• Extensive experience managing and growing product teams, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in Agile development methodologies and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the platform, aligned with portfolio direction and business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 senior product managers, setting ownership and quality bars.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-release review, partnering with Engineering.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on release planning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market readiness.
• Engage with customers, partners, and the DevOps community to validate direction and gather feedback.
