Job summary

Perforce is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Product Management to lead our infrastructure automation platform. You will own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, and manage a team of 5–6 senior PMs across AI-enabled operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, retention, and growth in a remote-capable, globally distributed setting. A strong DevOps and AI background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role within DevOps, cloud, or software development.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software from concept to launch.
• Experience growing and leading cross-functional product teams.
• Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) background; collaborate with engineering.
• Deep DevOps knowledge: IaC, CI/CD, containers (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience defining AI-powered capabilities and AI-enabled PM operating models.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for infrastructure automation.
• Lead and develop a team of 5–6 senior product managers; promote discovery and evidence-based decisions.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-release review.
• Engage with customers, partners, and community to validate direction.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities and partnerships to strengthen product goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Support to translate signals into roadmaps.
