Job summary

Perforce Software, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the infrastructure automation platform. Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across the full lifecycle.

Lead a team of 5-6 senior product managers and partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, retention, and growth. The role emphasizes an AI-enabled operating model, governance, and a focus on security, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with leadership in DevOps/cloud/software.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software from concept to launch.
• Experience growing product teams and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and working with engineering teams.
• Technical acumen to collaborate with engineering on architecture and product discussions.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, IaC, CI/CD, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience defining and shipping AI-powered product capabilities with governance and measurement.
• Experience leading PMs in an AI-enabled product mgmt operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform’s long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify investments across core business and new AI-enabled opportunities.
• Set outcomes and success metrics for initiatives with measurable results.
• Lead, coach, and develop 5-6 senior product managers.
• Foster discovery, evidence-based decision making, and clear communication.
