Job summary

Faro seeks a Director, Implementation Services to lead technical implementation of the platform across customer environments. You will own infrastructure setup (SSO/SAML, identity providers, APIs), data field mappings to Faro’s model, and AI prompt development for ingestion workflows.

This hands-on leadership role requires collaboration with DevOps, Product, Engineering, and Customer Strategy, with travel up to 30% and a focus on scalable delivery and repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services or similar customer-facing technical SaaS role.
• Hands-on enterprise SaaS infra experience: SSO/SAML, identity providers, APIs.
• Experience configuring JSON-based data mappings between systems.
• Experience developing or iterating AI prompts for data ingestion and workflows.
• Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills across infra, integrations, data and config.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and work with US-East oriented teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Faro across customer environments.
• Own infrastructure setup with customer IT and Faro DevOps, incl. SSO/identity, APIs, access, go-live.
• Coordinate API integrations and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams.
• Configure JSON field mappings to connect data to Faro’s model and downstream systems.
• Develop and refine AI prompts for data ingestion and protocol authoring workflows.
• Translate customer needs into practical technical solutions and scripts.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and processes for scale.
• Manage a Project Manager and collaborate with multiple Faro teams.
