Faro Health is seeking a Director, Implementation Services to lead the technical deployment of our platform across customer environments. You will own infrastructure setup, data mappings, and AI prompt development, partnering with DevOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure secure, scalable go-lives. Based on the U.S.

East Coast with preferred MA/CT/NY/PA/NC candidates, travel up to 30% is expected. This is a hands-on leadership role working with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Technical Implementation, Integration Services, or similar customer-facing SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS infrastructure: SSO/SAML, identity providers, APIs, authentication, service accounts, and integrations.
• Experience configuring structured data mappings using JSON or similar formats.
• Experience developing or iterating AI prompts or rules-based logic for data ingestion, content transformation, or workflow automation.
• Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work with customer IT teams.
• Strong problem solver who can troubleshoot across infra, integrations, data, and configuration.
• Based on the U.S. East Coast, with preference for MA/CT/NY/PA/NC; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Faro across customer environments, translating requirements into secure, scalable configurations.
• Own infrastructure setup with customer IT and Faro DevOps, including SSO/SAML, identity provider configuration, user access, and APIs.
• Scope, coordinate, and troubleshoot API integrations and system connections across teams.
• Define, configure, and troubleshoot JSON-based field mappings to Faro’s data model.
• Develop, test, and refine AI prompts for data ingestion and protocol workflows.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions, including scripts and data transformations.
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks, standards, and processes for scale.
• Manage a Project Manager and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
