Job summary

twentysix in Austin seeks a Director of Implementation to own end‑to‑end machine deployment across customer and agency environments, including scoping, deployment, and adoption. You will lead implementation engineers and solution architects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while aligning with the roadmap.

You will translate requirements into deployment plans, design integrations with customer stacks like Figma, Slack, Teams, and Adobe, and drive adoption beyond go‑live through enablement

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical implementations for software or platforms, ideally with enterprise customers.
• Strong fluency in cloud, integrations, and APIs to architect deployments and earn engineers' trust.
• Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills for customer-facing delivery and managing scope.
• People leadership experience in matrixed or cross-functional structures.
• Bias toward adoption and measurable outcomes for deployments.
• Experience with AI-enabled development tools and workflows to accelerate engineering.
• Experience orchestrating AI or agent-driven workflows, selecting models, tools, and execution patterns.
• Strong judgment to review AI outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, and fit.
• Experience building prompts, evaluation frameworks, or OT docs to improve velocity.
• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of the Machine across environments from scoping to deployment and adoption.
• Lead a team of implementation engineers and solution architects, setting delivery standards and pace.
• Translate customer requirements into deployment plans with platform engineering to surface gaps.
• Design integrations with tools in the customer stack (Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe).
• Drive adoption beyond go-live with enablement, instrumentation, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with engineering, account, and customer stakeholders to align delivery.
